After receiving the raw materials, our company will start processing the raw materials
after receiving the quantity and quality. 2 band saws are used to cut fibre material. We use a CNC
controlled plasma and flame cutting machine to cut sheet metal. The large board sheets are cut with 2 handheld secateurs

CNC plasma and flame cutter

Plasma cutter: we can cut sheets up to 2000mm x 6000mm and up to 35mm thick, with a tolerance of tenths of a millimetre.

Flame cutter: we can cut sheets up to 2000mm x 6000mm enclosure size and up to 100mm sheet thickness with millimetre tolerance.

Sectator

Excellent cutting properties:

1. Suitable for using two cutting heads at the same time, saving time in parallel operations such as simultaneous cutting and sharpening or shaping 2 identical workpieces.

2. Wide range of infinitely variable cutting speeds in both forward and reverse: 200 – 2000 mm/min.

3. The cutting heads can be adjusted in 3 directions, completely independently of each other, and the distance between them can be varied with great freedom.
