Rolling

Our company has many years of experience in the field of rolling. Our colleagues are highly qualified professionals, specialising in concentric and eccentric cones. In 2.5m widths we can roll thinner plates e.g. lv30 lv40, but in 0.6m widths we can roll up to 100mm thick plates. After the endless welds have been made, we can calibrate the finished tubes and cones.

Rolling machine

Type: SchäferKG SRBM Five-cylinder heavy-duty rolling machine, capable of rolling 2500 mm wide plates and handling plates up to 100 mm thick. It can also be used to roll a cone or tube up to 800 mm in diameter. Suitable for machining both carbon steel and acid-resistant materials. Thanks to our specialists and our machinery, our company is able to produce, within its own facilities, unique plate structures with rolled structural elements of different thicknesses and dimensions, such as 11 t elbows.

– Slab rolling: width 1100mm up to 100mm plate thickness, 1100mm to 2200mm up to 60mm plate thickness.

– Conical reinforcement: 2200mm width up to 30mm plate thickness
